Melanie has built her entire career around her passion for real estate. From her early days as a top-producing mortgage lender in Atlanta to her work as a construction coordinator for a national builder and now as a seasoned real estate broker, Melanie brings deep experience and dedication to every client relationship. What truly drives her is connecting with clients—understanding what “home” means to them and guiding them through one of life’s most meaningful transitions. She considers it an honor to be part of that journey and never loses sight of the trust placed in her. Melanie is an expert in real estate finance, which allows her to craft creative solutions for a wide range of clients. She specializes in new construction, 1031 exchanges, investment properties, second homes, luxury real estate, and helping first-time homebuyers. Originally licensed in 2005, Melanie currently holds licenses in North Carolina and Alabama and is in the process of adding Florida to better serve her Gulf Coast clients. After successful years in Atlanta and Asheville, NC, Melanie has returned home to the Gulf Coast. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time on the water, reading, golfing, and cheering on SEC sports.
