Shannon's professional journey reflects a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, marketing expertise, and a passion for real estate that truly sets her apart. With over a decade of experience as a Realtor and a talent for delivering exceptional service, Shannon is committed to helping clients achieve their real estate goals, whether they’re buying or selling.
After earning her undergraduate degree from Arkansas State University, Shannon moved to Memphis, TN, and began her career at a consulting firm dedicated to supporting nonprofit organizations. Here, she honed her skills in fundraising, marketing, and management while collaborating with clients to design effective email marketing and online fundraising campaigns.
Driven to achieve her entrepreneurial goals, Shannon then founded a retail bridal boutique, Leah Camille Bridal, where she focused on creating personalized, unforgettable experiences for each bride and bridal party. It was during this time, while overseeing the renovation of the boutique’s commercial space, that she discovered her love for real estate. This pivotal project planted the seeds of her future career and led her to explore additional real estate projects outside of managing the boutique. Eventually, her growing enthusiasm inspired her to become a licensed Realtor. Over the next 10 years in Memphis, she demonstrated excellence in the field, earning recognition as a sales leader.
Shannon’s professional success in Memphis paved the way for her current chapter in Baldwin County, where she enjoys helping new clients fall in love with the area she now calls home. She specializes in providing extraordinary service to her clients, particularly those relocating to Baldwin County from other places. Shannon also excels at identifying the unique strengths of each property and crafting tailored marketing plans that position homes for success in today’s competitive market.
Shannon is a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Bellingrath Gardens and Home, and supports many animal-related nonprofits. She served as an Advisory Council member for Best Buddies International- Memphis Chapter, volunteered as an ESL tutor at Collierville Literacy Council and served as an Americorps VISTA volunteer.
When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, including her dog, Oliver, reading, gardening, and pilates.
