Vanessa Kaiser

We all encounter different levels of customer service on a daily basis.Exceptional customer service can make any ordinary transaction extraordinary. Buying or selling real estate is an important decision, just as choosing the right REALTOR should be. Vanessa’s passion is providing that exceptional service. Vanessa grew up in Dothan and, in 1989, graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Marketing. Upon graduation, she moved to Atlantaand worked for Delta Air Lines as a flight attendant. She originally was offered an office position with the company, but her passion for customer service became apparent because she chose to work with the consumers and never regretted that decision. She met her husband, Bart, a native of Baldwin County, in Atlanta and in 1994 they moved to Gulf Shores. Vanessa got her real estate license and went to work for her husband’s company. Shortly before her daughter was born, Vanessa left the real estate business to be a full time mom. Now that her daughter is grown, Vanessa is back in the real estate business. A lot has changed in this industry but exceptional service will always be her priority. She now lives in Fairhope and wants to share her love of the Eastern Shore with others.
