ROBERTSDALE, Ala. – Both new inventory and total sales increased for Baldwin County in the year-to-year comparison of November 2020, according to Baldwin REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) statistics. Baldwin MLS reports a 13.4% increase in new inventory compared to November 2019. And together, the Traditional Residential area of Baldwin County and the Resort area had a total amount sold of $188,472,182 – a 10.5% increase compared to $170,598,912 in November 2019.
