ROBERTSDALE, Ala. – 2022 Baldwin County real estate continues to one-up the previous year’s fast-paced seller’s market. Baldwin REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) reports February year-over-year increases in properties sold and average sales price, with even less days on market (DOM), in both the Resort and Traditional Residential areas of Baldwin County. Total sales volume for the county increased by 32.5% from $243,075,366 in February 2021 to $322,146,476 this past month.
