Baldwin County’s housing market continues to show signs of a more even playing field between buyers and sellers. Baldwin REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) reports February 2023 year-over-year increases in Average Sales Price and Days on Market while experiencing decreases in Closed Sales and New Inventory. Total sales volume for the county decreased by 23.4% from $326,577,769 in February 2022 to $250,299,343 this past month.

For Traditional Residential properties in Baldwin County, a total of 356 sold last month, compared to 483 in February 2022.
