ROBERTSDALE, Ala. – The pace of the real estate market in Baldwin County continues to operate at a slower speed than recent years. Baldwin REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) reports a year-over-year increase for September 2023 in Average Days on Market (DOM) and a decrease in the number of Closed Sales for both Traditional Residential and Resort/Island-based properties in the county. Additionally, the Traditional Residential properties in the county continued to see slight Average Sales Price increases, while the Resort/Island-based properties experienced a minor dip in sold prices.
