ROBERTSDALE, Ala. – Baldwin County’s sales prices continue to increase, though the demand in the Resort area of the county sees a slight dip. Baldwin REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) reports a year-over-year increase in the Average Sales Price in July 2021 for both Resort and Traditional Residential areas.
