ROBERTSDALE, Ala. – Even with home prices continuing to rise, Baldwin County real estate is not slowing down. Baldwin REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) reports significant year-over-year increases for May 2021 of Average Sales Price, New Listings and Closed Sales in both the Resort market of Baldwin County (all of Orange Beach and Fort Morgan, and anything in Gulf Shores south of Canal Rd/180) and the Traditional Residential area (everything else in Baldwin County not included in the Resort market areas).
